CUSP - CLABSI
Alabama's hospitals are participating in an important patient safety project called CUSP (comprehensive unit-based safety program). It’s a national initiative that has proven to reduce infections and save lives by introducing process improvement, evidence-based techniques and various teamwork and communciations initiatives. There is no charge for participation, and all of the resources, including Webinars, checklists and face-to-face meetings are provided. More information can be found at www.onthecuspstophai.org.
